To celebrate the opening of our new boat house we are re-launching Boxing Day Fours - but in quads. This is will follow the usual format of scratch crews of all ages.
Jenny Hargreaves and Susie Moon have kindly offered to run a café service to keep everyone refreshed whilst we get things under way.
08:45 to 09:15 Registration is open. Each competitor will register individually, and contribute a £1 sweepstake.
Do arrive early to enjoy the atmosphere and coffee, and bring some change for the nominal entry fee.
09:15 Registration closes. Firmly.
09:15 to 09:45 Draw will be completed in strict secrecy by The Captain and Chief Umpire, whilst some willing volunteers help Ade and I to prepare boats and launches.
09:45 Crews and Race order published in the bar.
10:00 Boats up to start for First Heat.
14:00 Draw stumps.
