It is apparent that there is confusion over the turning point at the Club-end of the circulation pattern. If crews are turning at the Club end to do another piece, the turning point is ALWAYS AT THE WHITE HOUSE . It doesn't change in Green or Amber conditions.
Crews should only proceed below this point to turn when coming ashore. This was introduced to prevent a reoccurrence of some of the accidents suffered in previous years, and is clearly shown on the Circulation diagrams on the website and in the Boathouse.
There is no exception to this rule and crews and coaches alike are to ensure they stick to it - not just for their own safety but for the safety of others.
